参加生日会

朋友S女儿六岁的生日，邀请了我和孩子们（35个月/2岁11个月）参加。地点是在Empire Shopping Gallery 的室内游乐场~ Kiz Sports &  Gym。

这游乐场除了提供游乐设备外，还增添了很多其他需付费活动，如fun with reading, taekwondo, shito-ryu karate-do, little crawlers, fun n movement 等等。。。

生日会是在下午两点才开始，来宾可以在一点三十分便可以进入游乐场内玩乐了。我们一点便抵达了，但工作人员并不允许先进入，必须依照规则一点半后才可以进入。

朋友S的邀请生日配套内已经包含了孩童们的入场费，所以我们是无需再付费用。 游乐场入场的费用可参考以下：

游乐场入场费有分为会员和非会员价格：
两岁以下（任何时候）
会员：免费
非会员：RM12

两岁以上：（公共假期，假日）
会员：RM23
非会员：RM38

两岁以上：（平时日子）
会员：RM14
非会员：RM28

温馨提示：
1）需要穿袜子进入场内。（记得带袜子）
2）一个小孩可以带入两个大人，第三个大人进入需要付费RM5.00。

游乐场设备

这游乐场的设备比较适合小孩，大人比较难爬入，因为空间很矮。

这滑板是孩子们的最爱。

 

这滑板太高了，孩子们暂时还不敢玩。

 

 

 

这树桐很多小朋友都很喜欢玩，
爬出爬进的。。。

 

树桐旁只有一个小洞口可以进出。

为了拍照，我爬了进树桐内看，是这树桐内部。



孩子们（35个月）还小，还没有力气爬上，为有看哥哥姐姐们玩了。

这是需要另外付费的。

这游乐场内有好几间大厅，是供一些活动用途，

有Karate, Taekwondo, Wushudao, I Cay, Robotics Program, Kindermusik 等等。

 

生日会厅

这里和一般的室内游乐场一样，也有个广阔能举办生日会的大厅。

食物是没有包含在价格表内，我们是在生日厅内享用朋友带来的美食。

朋友预定的生日会配套内原本是包含了游戏，

但生日会要开始的时候，工作人员因某种因素要求朋友能取消游戏环节。

每个出现生日会的小孩都得到一个生日会包包。

生日会结束后，我们便赶下一个活动~森林教室举办的月亮之夜。

女儿一上车便睡着了，儿子一人拿着Porncorn便吃不停了，

他们都很喜欢吃porncorn。

可惜当天雨下个不停，月亮之夜最后也取消了。

        Kota Permai Golf Club 位于Kota Kemuning, 是个高尔夫球俱乐部，里面的设备除了有国际水准18个洞口的高尔夫球场外，还设有很多运动场所，如游泳池，羽毛球场，网球场，兵乓球桌，壁球场等等。。。

       多年前，如果在Kota Kemuning某区购买房屋时候便附送这会员系。会员系有两种，包含高尔夫球场和其他运动场，只是其他运动场而不包含高尔夫球场的。此会员系是需要每个月付月费，两种的月费是不一样的。

       我们两夫妻很少到这俱乐部，老公常说我们很亏本，有了孩子后，偶尔也会带他们到这里的游乐场玩或游泳池玩水。

       这游乐场很小，但已经足够让他们玩个痛快了。这里平时上学时间也很少人，但假期期间人潮就很多了。孩子们还没有上学，所以我只是普通的日子才带他们来这里玩。

       问了管理层，他们说这小小的游乐场只要有会员带入，外人也可以进入玩，是没有收费。（只限于这小小游乐场）

        位于绿野购物中心（The Mines）Seri Kembangan 的Kidz Paradise 是大马第一间设有决明子豆池的儿童乐园。这决明子豆池还算蛮大的，最少可以容纳二十至三十个小孩在豆池内玩乐。

        在这豆池活动无需带任何的玩具，因为该管理层已经准备相当充足的玩具提供给小孩们。在池内可以看到有很多的玩沙玩具，小桶，小碗，拖拉车等。

        我和老公也是第一次接触这决明子豆豆，在触摸时候的感觉有点微凉，很舒服。孩子们（34个月/两岁十个月）在豆池里玩的同时也可以全身手脚触摸豆豆（sensory play）。比起在家里玩豆豆，妈妈可不用担心善后的工作了。

       值得一提的是，这里的清洁工作做得还算很好的。我们抵达后，工作人员还正在做清洁的工作；而且员工们都不时的清扫孩童们从豆池内带到池外的豆豆。

Cassia seeds are bitter, sweet and salty in flavor. Cassia seed extract is beneficial in problem related to intestine, liver, large intestine and vision. The seed extract is also used as an alternative to coffee. The seed is slightly cold in nature and hence works better on liver and large intestine.


Cassia is the native tree of the tropics. It is quite popular in China in Sichuan, Anhui, Guangdong and Guangxi regions. During fall months, Cassia seeds are harvested and these are sun dried before use. Cassia seeds are used in different forms such as whole seed, tea packets, ground powder, pastes and herb pillows. Cassia seed helps improve vision, removes intensive heat from the liver and provides nourishment to large intestine and also smoothes the bowel movement.

Cassia Seed Health Benefits
Cassia seeds is known for various medicinal benefits.
It has following health benefits-
The seeds of Cassia are used for common problems related to kidney, intestine, liver and vision.
Cassia seed extract is also used for dying purposes.
It is used as an alternative to coffee.
Its consumption removes intense heat from the liver.
Eases the bowel movement.
Cassia seeds along with dodder and wolfberry seeds provide nourishment to intestine.
It helps in improving the vision and cures blurred vision, redness, itchiness, congestion or light sensitivity caused by hot wind conditions.
Cassia seeds act as a laxative and can cure constipation caused due to heat accumulation in the intestine.
Cassia seed extract can inhibit fungal growth.
Cassia seeds paste is used for treatment of various skin ailments such as snake bite and other parasitic disorders.
Cassia seeds can also lower the blood presure and cholesterol.

Effectiveness of use:
1. To protect the liver. Cassia seed extract is a tonic for the eyes, kidney, liver and bowel. It is useful to address liver fire, a diagnostic pattern in traditional Chinese medicine. Symptoms of liver fire are irritability, headache, red face, tinnitus and sleep problems.

2. Laxztive: All parts of the cassia plants contain anthraquinones, which impart a laxative property to the cassia seed extract. Cassia seed tea helps hydrate the large intestinal tract to loosen the bowels. To get best result, the extract should be taken as it is, without prior boiling or anything similar.

3. Antisepsis: one of the impressive cassia seed extract benefits is inhibiting growth of fungi that cause skin infections. For this, the powder is added in sterile water to make an infusion. The extract is then used for various types of topical infections caused by fungi.

4. Antimycotic: For combating bacteria, an alcohol infusion of cassia seed extract is prepared and used. It is effectual to impair growth of various bacterial strains, including Bacillus coli, Staphylococcus and Bacillus diphtheriace amongst others.

5. Increased effectiveness: Containing retinoic acid, the use of cassia seeds and their products for improving vision is documented in alternative medicine. For increased effectiveness, they are taken in combination with dodder seeds and other curative herbs.

6. Eye protection: In herbal medicine, cassia seed extract usage includes treatment of bloodshot eyes (conjuctive congestion) and other eye problems. A specific amount of gentian root is often used with cassia seed extract for the same purpose.

7. Weight Reduction: As far as intake of cassia seed extract for weight loss is concerned, dietary products based on this herbal extract are available in the market. However, the safety of this herbal formulation as a weight loss aid is not proven scientifically.

8. Hypolipidemic: Cassia seed extract benefits for boosting weight loss may be related to its laxative properties. And the reduction in body weight is attributed to water loss, and not loss of fat. So, using cassia seeds results in temporary weight loss effect.

9. Others: The promotion of grastric secretion, promoting digestin; Regulation of the immune; Lower blood pressure.
